Wine Wine Express Express

(13 x 26 min.)

Each episode of the 13-part series WINE EXPRESS is 25 minutes long and shows you the characteristic wines and scenic splendours of a particular wine-growing district. Informative and entertaining and seen from the inside - the way wines are regarded in the wine-growing region.

The programme presentation style is far from traditional. No dull, high-flown explications, but wine cultivation as seen through the eyes of the people involved; a prominent place going to the love of the place of their birth and its culture.

Closely woven into our focus on wine-growing are the touristic aspects of the wine-producing district. These are given more than ample attention. Enjoy the beautiful historically rich views, so often typical for the wine-growing regions of the world.

WINE EXPRESS allows you to host the series yourself; separate, linking commentaries are available. If you like, the production of your own on-screen presentation is possible too. Titles can be added in your own letter font, using our specially-developed frame.

The original music composed for WINE EXPRESS is a distinctive part of the series.

In each episode, the 'timbre' of the region visited is in perfect harmony with picture and meticulously tuned to tempo.

WINE EXPRESS takes you to Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Germany, California, Australia and France. There are extensive stop-overs, of course, at the traditional wine-growing districts of France such as Bordeaux, Alsace, Duras, the Loire Valley, Roussillon, Languedoc and, of course, Champagne. A second series of 13 episodes is in pre-production.

WINE EXPRESS, finally, is the exception in which a breakthrough is made in what, until now, often has been a dull and conventional approach to an effervescent theme. But with the quality of content carefully safeguarded. Therefore, not just for the connoisseur.
